Project 3:27 Inc. is committed to meeting the automotive needs of families and individuals by providing a life changing event through collaborative efforts of companies, as well as individuals, to not withhold good from those in need when it is in our power to help. You may donate a car, truck, motor home, tractor, motorcycle, etc. Monetary donations may be made online at our website. If the distance is too great for the delivery of the vehicle, we suggest that you sell the vehicle locally and send us the proceeds.
Project 3:27 Inc. is located in Central Arkansas. Arkansas is a rural state with many families living below the poverty line according to the U.S. Census Bureau 2013. We do not have a public transportation system, train nor bus. Some agencies in Faulkner County have their own transportation of buses or vans for their own clientele. There is taxi service which is cost prohibitive for regular use. A person without transportation finds it hard for the family to go to the doctor, store or job. Arkansas is a beautiful state and has many fine people but we are not ranked with the wealthy states.
We have many people in need of transportation as well as other needs. Our rural area has no public transportation which makes it very difficult for those without reliable transportation. The local colleges and schools have buses for their students. Many people do not have family nearby and the only option is a taxi therefore they try to use neighbors and many times do without.
